Golden Pond Lower Level is a spacious and inviting private suite located in the lower level of an owner-occupied country home, offering a peaceful Northwoods-style retreat just minutes from Hwy 153 and the Eau Pleine Reservoir. Accessed through the garage and down a flight of stairs, the suite features a large living area with comfortable seating and a cozy indoor gas fireplace, a dining/game table, a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, and coffee setup (no sink or stove), a full bathroom with tub/shower combination, and two bedroomsâone with a queen bed and one with a full bed. With WiFi available and a flexible table for remote work or planning your day, the space is ideal for couples, small families, wedding guests, and travelers looking for a quiet and comfortable short stay.
Guests enjoy shared access to the beautiful Golden Pond grounds, including the private pond with dock, slide, and kayaks, catch-and-release fishing, two large fire pit areas, an outdoor bar and grill space, and an expansive yard where deer, turkeys, and birds are frequent visitors. Two dedicated driveway parking spaces are provided, along with additional room for trucks, boats, and trailers. Please note there is no in-unit laundry, the kitchenette does not include a sink or cooking appliances, and outdoor amenities are shared with the property. Professionally co-hosted by Sioux Falls Stays, this cozy countryside suite offers a relaxing and well-prepared home base for weekend lake trips, local events, and Central Wisconsin getaways.
