Right on the beach, this 25th-floor Phoenix Gulf Towers II condo is perfect for your family and friends. This luxurious condo offers amazing, relaxing views of the Gulf from the expansive 268 sq ft balcony—ideal for capturing stunning sunrise and sunset photos. You can even watch the Blue Angels practice or perform, all while enjoying miles of pristine white sand and crystal-clear waters.

Enjoy the convenience of keyless entry, so there’s no need to worry about keys during your stay. Take in the breathtaking views through floor-to-ceiling windows in both the living room and master bedroom. With nearly 1,900 sq ft, the unit is spacious, newly furnished, and new to the rental market!

Fully equipped with full-size appliances, a reverse osmosis system for pure drinking water, washer and dryer, wet bar, ice machine, and a desk with chair, it has everything you need. The living room boasts an 85” flat-screen Smart TV, while each bedroom has a 65” Smart TV with cable. The master suite features a king bed and a recliner for relaxing after a day in the sun. The second and third bedrooms each have two queen beds, and there’s a Murphy queen chest bed in the living room. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, one being a Jack-and-Jill style. This unit sleeps up to 12 guests.

The property’s amenities include two huge outdoor pools with water slides and a lazy river, two large children’s splash pads, two heated indoor pools, and two oversized jacuzzi hot tubs.

Stunning ocean view from the balcony! We even got to see dolphins a few times. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean (super comfy beds!). The kitchen is stocked with all the dishes you could need. Between the beach, lazy rivers, pools, and hot tubs, there was plenty for all of us to do. If you're looking for a clean and new condo with an excellent view, this is the place to stay! The host was super fast responding to me when I first got there too. If we venture south in the future, we will stay here again!

The building and the grounds are well kept. The condo was very nice. At other towers along the Gulf, we've had elevator issues when staying on a high floor. We never waited for an elevator at this property. The host was very helpful and attentive.

Rick and Tyra have lived and worked in Nashville since 1997. We moved to Nashville in 1999 permanently. We first lived in Franklin, then we moved to a small farm in Kingston Springs west of Nashville. We moved from the farmhouse to a home in Bellevue, we sold that house in 2022 and we are now building our dream home in Franklin on 2 acres of land in a very private gated property right in the heart of Cool Springs. We bought a 2-bedroom 2 bath Condo in Nashville in downtown so we could enjoy the downtown life with family and friends but yet we wanted to make money also on the condo. We love Nashville, it has been a wonderful place to live and raise our family. We have recently bought a 3 BD/3 BA High Rise condo in Orange Beach, Al right on the beach. We will be renting that one out within the next summer season of 2025. We bought a 5-bedroom 4 1/2 bath house in Tops'l Tennis Resort in Miramar Beach, FL, and will put it into Service for the upcoming 2026 Season. We also are bought into a new condo complex in Clear Water Beach, Fl which will be built and ready to put into service in the fall of 2026.

Brand New has 2 Lazy River pools, water slides, hot tubs, but most of it is right on the beach. STATE PARK right down from it. Another State Park right across the street from it.
