HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking of any kind inside the property: A $500 fee will be charged for any smoking violations.
- No parties or events allowed: Unauthorized events or parties will result in a $1,000 fee.
- No pets allowed
- No additional guests are allowed unless approved by host: A $50 fee will be charged for each extra guest not included in the reservation.

There is one ring camera located at the front door. One front, side, and backyard camera that monitors the property 24/7 to ensure your safety and security. There are NO cameras inside the house.

Early/Late check out: $75/hr (Double on holidays/weekends) *MUST BE REQUESTED IN ADVANCE

Locked closets inside the house are not available for use by guests.
