Large 4 BR 3 BA Lake House sur le magnifique lac de Toledo Bend. Maison en brique sur 2 hectares bien entretenus avec sa propre rampe de bateau. La propriété offre beaucoup de places de parking et une grande salle de jeux qui comprend une table de billard de taille réglementaire. Grande cour arrière clôturée avec terrasse surdimensionnée, gazebo, grand barbecue, mobilier de jardin et foyer. 11 personnes avec 2 chambres à coucher avec lit king size, 1 lit queen size, 1 lit double avec lits superposés doubles / jumeaux, et lit de repos double avec lit gigogne double au bureau. Laveuse et sécheuse à haute efficacité, machine à glaçons / réf, compacteur de déchets, lave-vaisselle, cafetière électrique, congélateur séparé, 4 chambres de télévision directe, accès Internet sans fil gratuit et illimité. Chauffage central et air, cheminée et abri voiture pour deux voitures. Entièrement meublé avec draps, serviettes, papier toilette et pain de savon. La propriété a une cloison qui offre un accès facile à la pêche en anse.

Great Hideaway on the Lake!!

My family and I loved this property. Had everything we needed to have fun and relax. Caught a ton of catfish, bluegill, and a few bass right from the dock. Game room and fire pit kept the fun going during the evenings. Lots of space for a crowd but simple enough for our family of six. Owner was very helpful throughout. We’re already planning our next trip here!

Awesome Family Vacation

Our family loved staying at this location. The house was nice and spacious and the outside deck and dock where great! The people were friendly and the customer service was amazing. We would definitely return.

Nice bourse in nice location on Teledo

The location of the house is excellent if you want to fish or be in mid lake area. The outside is very nice with great seating and a nice small boat dock to use. The inside of the house was very clean but there was an opening where a wall oven should be. The kitchen was stocked but could have used a few more items. There was very little cleaning products in the kitchen but it was adequate for out needs. Overall this was a very nice place to stay with comfortable beds and good location. The check in was super easy and communication with the owners was excellent and they let us check out late on our last day. I would recommend this house to anyone that wants to stay in the mid lake and have a nice place to keep your boat.

Great family getaway

We stayed here over Christmas and it was perfect for six adults and two kids, had lots of room to spread out. The photos in the listing didn't show all the different beds/rooms available! There are four bedrooms plus a daybed and large sectional in living room (which may have fold out beds?) Plus in the garage/game room there is a futon with bedding. We were able to be outside, inside, kids play in the garage/ play room. Would stay there or at another of owner's properties again. TV and wifi worked great. 3 full baths also a plus.

Great for boat owners

Just stayed this weekend for my bachelor party. The house was immaculate, the game room is great for playing games, washers, etc, in the A/C and away from mosquitoes. It's separate from the house so you won't disturb anyone trying to sleep. We got rained out on the last day and the folks at Holly Park Marina were very accommodating and always very friendly. I recommended this place to my family and will definitely be back!

My family stayed during the Christmas holidays and we all had a wonderful time. They particularly enjoyed the game room and were able to hang out without disturbing everyone else. The pictures are a true reflection of the property. I would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to returning in the future.

Awesome Time

My sister and I and our families spent a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend at the Lakehouse. The property is gorgeous as well as the home. We had so much fun. FIsh weren't biting but my brother in law spent a lot of his time drowning the bait :) It is a place of relaxation and good times LAISSEZ LE BON TEMPS ROULER

Great escape withoput going too far!!

This ia a beautiful place to get away to spend time with family and friends... there were 7 of us at all times and sometimes many others who dropped by for dinner!! The house was in excellent condition with large outside seating as well as a huge game room ... The beds were very comfortable and there are 3 full baths.....The owners are super nice people and are so accomodating if you forgot anything .. We will definately go back again!!!

Owners of Holly Park Marina, Inc. Our family marina has been in business for 53 years and still operated by family.
This home came up for sale this summer and we jumped on it because although we have accomodations we wanted to offer a 'Lake House' type property to those who want more privacy and plenty of room to roam. This land was originally owned by my grandfather and was sold as two lots but over the years different owners have improved the property to now 4 lots - 2 acres. The home has been remodeled by the previous owners which included new appliances, new floors, new granite counter tops and a new regulation pool table and shuffle board in the game room. 2 -3 families can get together easily or just friends that like to fish, hunt, explore nature and escape the city with all the comforts of home.
