Guests have full access to the entire estate. The first wing features a ranch-themed living room, modern dining area, fully stocked kitchen, flexible bedroom/office, and a full laundry room. The second wing centers on the indoor Sunroom with an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam-room, massage tables, and an art wall gallery, flanked by two primary king suites with full baths, one including a steam room and Jacuzzi. The third wing opens to outdoor spaces with a large covered patio, dining and lounge areas, a live pond, paved garden, and private wooded adult play zones, all enclosed by 8-foot fences for complete privacy.

This large private estate home sits at the end of a street and has three wings to the property.

The First Wing on the home features a lush Texas Ranch themed living room, modern dining room, a large fully stocked kitchen, a bedroom/office flex room and full sized laundry room.

Through the lockable double doors past the dining room, you enter in to Second Wing of the home which is anchored by enormous indoor Sunroom which includes an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, art wall gallery, massage tables and plenty of place to relax and play. On each side of the Sunroom are two Primary bedrooms, each with King-sized canopy beds and full attached baths. One of the attached baths also includes a fully functioning steam room and Jacuzzi.

Exiting the Sunroom to the the back, you enter the Third Wing which features the private and exclusive outdoor spaces which include a large covered patio with outdoor dining, lounge area, a live Pond, a paved garden with mystery wooded adult play areas and several areas to enjoy Naturalist outdoor moments with complete privacy provided by 8 feet tall fences around the estate.

The property is conveniently served by public transportation, with the DART Green Line stop at Walnut Hill/Denton Station just a short distance away. Local bus routes, including DART Bus 233, connect the area to nearby neighborhoods and city attractions. The wider DART network makes it easy to reach Uptown, Downtown, and other parts of Dallas. Guests with a car can also quickly access major roads and shopping or dining destinations around the city.
