Charming 3-bedroom, 1.5 bath cottage on the lake and near ORV trails
Escape to this charming newly remodeled 3-bedroom cottage in Saint Helen located on the water. With 2 queen beds and 2 bunk beds, this cozy retreat is perfect for families or groups of friends. With 1-1/2 bathrooms, enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, a washer and dryer, and a large fully equipped kitchen. Book now and enjoy everything this awesome cottage has to offer.
Families can dock their boat right out front or use the kayaks right on the property. Use the firepit area to roast marshmallows or pop popcorn! The area out front on the water is sandy and not very deep which is great for kids.
For the most part (excluding the week of July 4), the area can be fairly quiet.
Please note, a signed rental contract is required to rent. Starting June 8 - August 10, we are a minimum 7 night stay with a check in/out day of Sunday. The exception is part of the week of July 4, we will accept a 3-4 night stay when we won't be there.

Our family is from the Lansing, MI area and fell in love with this quiet area but beautiful area of Michigan.
Voici pourquoi lâhĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement
There is so much to do if you are active. There are a few state parks that are close (near Houghton and Higgins), there is hiking on the north side of Lake Saint Helen, there is boating, fishing, and swimming. You can even swim out front of the property. There are multiple trails if you like to four-wheel or snow mobile very close to the property.

This property has been completely remodeled down to the studs, electrical, and plumbing. It has a very large kitchen that is well equipped compared to most other vacation rentals we have stayed in. There is a lot to do nearby or relax on the property or water.
