Built by the three sisters of an Italian family who fell in love with the island and wanted to create a special space for their family getaways, 3 Sorelle Villa is ready to host your own family, offering unique experiences and moments of relaxation.

The name of the house, 3 Sorelle Villa, is dedicated to the three sisters who, after many summers of holidays in Zakynthos, decided to buy land and build this wonderful house. Since 2006, the family has been visiting Zakynthos every summer and creating memories that last forever. The house combines the tradition of the island with modern comforts, to offer every visitor an authentic yet comfortable experience.

The Space of the House
3 Sorelle Villa is spread over two floors and is ideal for families or groups who want to enjoy the tranquility and privacy of the island.

• First Floor: The first floor of the house has two comfortable bedrooms and a full bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen gives you the freedom to prepare your favorite meals, while the living room with fireplace and TV provides the perfect atmosphere for relaxation.

• Second Floor: On the second floor there are four spacious bedrooms and two additional bathrooms. The large terrace that extends on this floor offers stunning views of the sea and the enchanting Turtle Island, creating the perfect setting for relaxing moments with family or friends.

Outdoor Spaces and Amenities
From the main front door of the house, you are led to a large covered terrace with an impressive dining and outdoor seating area, where you can enjoy meals and moments of relaxation. Descending a little lower, you will find a lovely Mediterranean garden, full of herbs and flowers, leading to the private pool and BBQ area — perfect for endless evenings with friends and family.
For small families, we can offer cots on request, while the house is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning and other amenities to ensure your comfort.

Amazing stay!!! Would definitely recommend

Myself and 8 other friends stayed at this stunning villa after our exams in 2022. It was a perfect stay as it was close to the strip but still in a peaceful and picturesque area. The owner was incredibly hospitable and made sure everything in the villa was satisfactory. Would definitely come here again!!!

The villa was absolutely amazing, a lovely pool and garden space - even better than the pics! Instructions to get there and get in were really easy to follow and the management team were super helpful all the way through our stay, checking in and supporting some minor queries. Would go again and highly recommend. *****

Great little villa in quiet spot

Lovely rustic villa in a quiet spot. You'll need a vehicle to get around as there's not too much within walking distance apart from small shop, and restaurant, but it's a beautiful villa to relax in with friends or family. When not exploring it was the perfect place to decompress, swim, eat, drink, and socialise. Includes everything you need for a long stay, and ample parking. Recommended

Very beautiful and peaceful villa!

We really enjoyed our stay in the villa! It was clean and it had all comforts one could ask for. The pool was nice, the beds comfortable, and it was a great house with good distance to the neighbors. It was very close to a good cafe and a great restaurang (Dennis Taverna). The surroundings of the house are very beautiful with olive-trees and genuine greek buildings. Our only minus was the distance to beach/town but on the other hand taxi in Greece is very cheap so it really wasn't a problem. All and all we had an awesome week, a lot thanks to our villa :)

Convenient stay in Zakynthos - great place

The property managers were very communicative. The place is big and nice and well located. No complaints. There was an issue with the pool filter but the pool was usable. Minor issues with the washing machine (was fixed) and vacuum cleaner (no vacuum available) - but aside from these small things, everything went very well and we would certainly stay there again. The rapid and effective communication of the property manager was very appealing - and they allowed us a late check out.

Fantastisch huis voorzien van alle gemakken

Heerlijk huis waar wij met veel plezier zijn geweest, lekker na een dag zee thuiskomen en dan plonsen in het zwembad wat ligt in een mooie tuin, erg sfeervol ingericht wat ons een Top beleving heeft gegeven. 2 minpuntjes; alle bedden waren erg hard en s’nachts veel geluiden van kraaiende hanen en blaffende honden

Sonne und Regen, wunderbares Haus und tolle Unterstützung durch den Host

Wir haben zwei Wochen im Oktober '21 auf Zakynthos verbracht und neben dem eindrucksvollsten Gewitter unseres Lebens und viel Regen in der ersten Woche dann in der zweiten wunderbare spätherbstliche Sonne genossen. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet, insbesondere in der Küche lässt es sich wunderbar werkeln, die Kinder turnen ob Sonnenschein oder Regen im Pool und das Haus bietet auch bei Regen Gemütlichkeit, wobei uns allen das Frühstück auf der Terrasse noch wesentlich besser gefallen hat. Lithakia ist ein guter Standort für Ausflüge in die unterschiedlichen Ecken Zakynthos', Moll & Moll hat uns bei allen Fragen und Problemen sofort und umstandslos unterstützt und sogar mit zusätzlichen Decken für die Verfrorenen versorgt!! Herzlichen Dank für alle Hilfe und Beratung!! Sehr zu empfehlen: Dennis' Taverne (in Laufnähe) - viele andere Tavernen und Restaurants hatten leider bereits die Saison beendet. Einziger Wermutstropfen: die große Zahl nächtlicher jaulender Hunde, die leichte Schläfer empfindlich stören. Ansonsten ein wunderbarer Urlaub, in dem sich aufs Schönste von den Pandemien der Welt abschalten und Kraft für den üsseligen deutschen Winter schöpfen ließ!!

Bella villa in campagna con tutte le comodità

La posizione di questa villa, nell'area interna di Lithakia e circondata da un uliveto, è perfetta per un soggiorno rilassante e lontano dall'ambiente caotico e rumoroso del vicino villaggio iperturistico di Laganas. La villa era pulita, completamente attrezzata e perfetta per trascorrere le serate con gli amici dopo le escursioni giornaliere. Assolutamente consigliabile per gruppi familiari o di amici che cerchino un soggiorno comodo ma isolato dai villaggi per turisti che comunque sono raggiungibili a 10 minuti di auto. La posizione permette di raggiungere le spiagge ad est (fino a Gelakas) ed i fiordi a nord ovest (Limnionas) in circa 40 minuti di auto; Zacinto città è raggiungibile in 15 minuti di auto. Sempre ottima e cortese assistenza di Myreen.

Comfortable, gezellige en authentieke woning

Wij verbleven een week, met ons gezin, grootouders kinderen en kleinkinderen, in dit prachtige huis tussen de olijfbomen. De woning was schoon en goed onderhouden en van alle gemakken voorzien. Er zijn voldoende restaurants in de buurt en ook een kleine dorpswinkel voor vers brood ed. Myreen Moll van Moll en Moll Housekeeping heeft ons fantastisch geholpen door ons van een voorraad boodschappen te voorzien omdat wij aankwamen op een moment dat de supermarkten een paar dagen gesloten waren. Verder werd het zwembad geregeld schoongemaakt en kwam er op woensdag een schoonmaakploeg en werden we voorzien van schone bedden en handdoeken. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen allemaal. Aanbeveling is wel om het huis te voorzien van extra dekens , in het voorjaar zeker nodig.

Super market, Gas station, Bakery and Pharmacy are within 10 minute walk. Agios Sostis, Graphic Boulevard is located just 1km from the accommodation and traditional Keri Village is 10km away.
