La cuisine, la salle de bain principale, la salle de bain pour invités et la chambre principale viennent de terminer la rénovation! Lorsque vous entrez dans cette villa, vous êtes accueilli par la cuisine, la salle à manger et les espaces de vie à aire ouverte. La cuisine a été mise à jour avec des comptoirs carrelés, des appareils en acier inoxydable et des armoires personnalisées. La salle à manger peut accueillir six personnes. Le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit, d'une télévision haute définition et d'un accès coulissant à votre terrasse de bronzage privée avec ses vues fantastiques sur l'océan Atlantique. La chambre principale a un lit king-size avec tous les nouveaux édredons et draps, nouvelle TVHD et peinture fraîche. La salle de bain principale en-suite a été merveilleusement mise à jour par Phoenix Designs. La baignoire encastrée a été retirée pour permettre une très grande douche à l'italienne carrelée. Toutes les vanités, les planchers et la peinture ont également été mis à jour. La chambre d'hôtes de l'autre côté de l'unité comprend un lit simple et un lit double. La salle de bains attenante a également été entièrement mise à jour, avec sa combinaison de baignoire et douche nouvellement carrelée, sa vanité et son sol. Barrington Court est le seul complexe de Palmetto Dunes qui dispose d'une piscine et d'un spa chauffés toute l'année. Vous serez en bas de l'ascenseur et à la plage en quelques minutes. Le parcours de golf Arthur Hills se trouve à 1 minute de route de l'autre côté de la rue. Soyez parmi les premiers invités à profiter de ces merveilleux ajouts à une propriété déjà magnifique!

Excellent view and property

Loved the view of the ocean, pool and pond. Many units only had view of one of these.

Everything you could want in a relaxing ocean-side stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has been coming to Palmetto dunes for years, and this stay lived up to expectations. It's a lovely community with great amenities, and the condo was perfect for our needs - we loved balcony for watching the sunrise and drinking coffee from the rocking chairs, and the very short walk to the heated pool and the beach. The beds were not the softest I've ever slept on, but overall, a great place to stay!

The condo we stayed in this time is showing its age, peeling wallpaper, broken blind pulls, old appliances but overall, it was great.

In severe need of good cleaning and update

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit should not be rented in its current state. The unit is not clean and there are many items in dispreair and broken. Here is a partial list of what we encountered: electric outlets that didnot work throughout the unit, filthy old bath rugs, broken cutting boards, a sink sprayer that did not work,black mold or dirt in master bath shower (needs a THOROUGH scrubbing, peeling wall paper, rust and years of dust on vents, torn old sofa pillows, broken lapmpshades and more. The unit needs to be THOROUGHLY professionally cleaned and updated.

Great Ocean View but....

Reviewer Comments: The view of the ocean is as shown in the photos.You can hear the ocean from the 4th floor condo.We rented for 10 days/nights in September. We have stayed at numerous condos throughout HHI and belive the Barrington Court is one of the oldest is at the end of Queens Way so if you are walking or biking to the courts, consider this. I will address the Pros and Cons. Pros: *Property management checkin was excellent. *Great View of ocean *Plenty of towels *Bathrooms plenty of room and updated showers *A/C works great and keeps the condo cool * Plenty of clothes hangersCons: * Refrigerator needs the condenser replaced as it squeals constantly. * Sliding glass door tracks in living room need to be throughly cleaned as they are so dirty and black mold that you can not hardly open them. My husband is strong and could hardly get it opened. * Electric stove top hot burner light never goes off. * Master bath toilet needs a new valve float and it runs and ghosts constantly. We had to lift the lid every time after flushing to get it to stop. * Skillets need to be replaced. Teflon as come off and everything sticks with using a electric stove. * Furniture, decor, and kitchen cookware and dishes look to be from the 80's-90's and either bought at a used furniture store or items owners dont want. *King bed is uncomfortable and a metal bed frame. They put a mattress topper on a cheap mattress, that does not help it and needs replaced. Pillows not good either. No couch throws but king blankets in closet are smelly. * Wall paper is peeling off the wall. * Condo needs to be thoroughly cleaned as it is pretty dusty.

Bathrooms were OK but Master shower had no grab bars. TV was hard to connect to. Instructions would have been nice. Had to call service for closet door and TV. would not return. Upon arrival to play golf we found out that our tee times were scheduled for the week prior to our arrival. Needless to say it was very difficult for us to reschedule due to it being prime season. Hours during our stay were wasted. 3/5 stars

Love Palmetto Dunes but not this unit

Rest of unit needs help. Patio door extremely difficult to open, clogged drain, broken blinds, peeling wallpaper, stained dining table, and other issues were not responded to after email was sent to management co but promptly responded to after follow up call was made. Maintenance fixed what they could. There were problems with door code at check in and code expired earlier than we were told. On a positive note the couch was comfortable and view was fantastic.

Spring stay 2021

Enjoyed golf and good weather. 410 Barrington court was the location of our stay. Don’t believe the description. We believed what we read to mean we were walking into a completely updated condo unit. Not the case. It wasn’t to the point I would have refused to stay there, but unit showed signs of age. Peeling wall paper, worn carpet, mold/dirt on wall paper near ceiling in area of sprinklers. Exterior door wouldn’t lock. Just wasn’t what our expectations were based on descriptions. The view was nice. Could certainly see the ocean. Would return to Palmetto Dunes in future but not this unit. Exterior of building under repair. Many spaces in the under ground parking used by construction equipment. And common areas had ladders, scaffolding and other items just laying around. Company doing the work could have tried harder to keep up appearances.

Lovely Palmetto Dunes

Barrington Arms is a very nice resort with lovely grounds and facilities. It is a nice location as it is further south in Palmetto Dunes. This condo had very nice bathrooms and a nice kitchen. It was well appointed and had a lovely view. We would recommend that the owner update the living room, dining room and bedrooms' decor. The wicker and silk flowers seem outdated. The mirrored dining room wall is passe. It would also be nice to have condiments on hand and a Keurig coffee maker. Loved our time at Hilton Head. Appreciated the two hours of pickleball court time daily, too. Palmetto Dunes is a great destination on the island.
