About this space
This beautiful downtown vacation spot is the perfect destination for an intimate getaway or group gathering! You'll have all the amenities of home, as well as a Wii console, Table Tennis, Giant Connect Four, and two 70" HD TVs! Walk to the theatre and local stores, and entertain guests in this giant space. This is the perfect place to relax, escape the hustle and bustle, and have fun!
The space
1,500 sq ft. converted historic drugstore I Onsite Table Tennis, Basketball, Gaming Console, Giant Connect Four, Popcorn Maker, HUGE island, and large hosting areas.

Proximity to the area's most popular attractions and outdoor recreation is just one of many draws for this beautiful city stay. Perfect as a family vacation, extended family reunion, or weekend getaway, you'll find yourself in an inviting setting designed by experienced hosts who know what guests expect from their accommodations

Family Room Area: 2 Queen Bookshelf Beds that can be hidden away during group gatherings, 2 Queen/Full sofa sleeper beds and a Pack N Play
Bedroom 2: One twin-sized bunk bed, a twin mattress (floor level), and two cots.
Guest access
The apartment is a private space with keyless entry and its own entrance, located on the main floor of a commercial building in downtown Preston so there are no stairs within your living quarters!
Outside in the back, there is a designated parking stall for your use, and plenty of spots to park trailers and other vehicles outside of the designated parking lot.
Other things to note
* Please keep food in the kitchen and dining areas. Do not eat over rugs, couches, or beds.

* Yard games are available.

* We love animals as much as anyone, but some of us have allergies. We will have to ask that you leave your animals home. Thank you

* We have six adult and three youth kayaks. Kayaks and a trailer for pulling them are available to rent

The room itself was absolutely beautiful and mostly clean. The remodel is amazing. It has a lot of activities and amenities for groups and a binder with activities to do in the area. The downside is you are sleeping in a communal room and only one bathroom, so limited on privacy if you are seeking privacy. There is a bar next door, which is great for adults, but the patrons were drunk outside when we were trying to check in. I read all the instructions and did not realize the entrace was behind the building. The only inconvenience was that parking was far away if you have a truck

Clean, roomy and easily accommodates 8 adults and 2-3 kids. It would have been nice to have more bathrooms for a group our size. the kitchen area is nice, spacious and easily accommodated our large family

The apartment is bigger in person than pictured. Air conditioning and lots of different lighting. We loved the location. Definitely have plenty of space for cooking. Large island/bar. Dishwasher, full washer and dryer, full sized oven, coffee maker, popcorn maker, etc. This is within walking distance of a gas station. The local grocery store Stokes is very nice and close by. Dominoes pizza delivers here. A few different food choices are available nearby as well. For bar type people- the Owl lounge is directly next door. Parking is behind the building. Check in and out is simple. The owners are very responsive and friendly as well. Would definitely recommend.

Nice but noisy street

Very nice & updated on the inside. Very clean (mostly). But the location is right next to a stop light and apparently the only thing to do on a Friday night is drag race so it was very difficult falling to sleep because of this.

Cool building

Loved the aesthetic of the historic building and what they've done to it inside. Enjoyed the amenities such as the games and Wii. The listing shows a popcorn maker with supplies but was disappointed to find that none were included and we had to go purchase the stuff to make it. The location isn't ideal being right on main street (noise) and next door to a bar (people constantly smoking near the back entrance).

This was perfect for our family!

This was a great stay for our last night on vacation! We had our family come and play games and eat dinner with us and the space was perfect! We loved that we had plenty of room to visit, and the kids/men enjoyed the baseball hoop! Thanks for such a fun stay!
