Decent enough, with room for improvement

I have stayed in these apartments before and enjoyed it. This time however was not great. Incredibly noisy with all rooms facing the street. Beds were not comfortable and seem worn out. Kitchen had essentials but all mismatching making it seem like they don't care about the guest experience. It was also incredibly hot in the apartment with temperatures reaching 27 degrees, even with all the windows open (and heating turned off btw) it was uncomfortable and needs a few fans for the summer. Overall, its a nice space and convenient for trams, supermarket and restaurants. Just felt like some corners had been cut compared to previous stays and that it was over priced when taking the whole experience into account.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback and for choosing to stay with us again. We truly value returning guests and are very sorry to hear that your recent visit did not meet the high standards you experienced previously. We’re disappointed to learn that several aspects of your stay fell short—particularly the noise levels, comfort of the beds, and the temperature in the apartment. Your comments about the mismatched kitchen items and lack of cooling options during the warmer weather are especially helpful. We take this feedback seriously and will be reviewing these areas with our team to ensure improvements are made. Thank you once again for your honest insights—they help us improve and better serve our guests. Warm regards,
