Great place in a great location

This is a great location in a beautiful neighborhood right in the heart of the city. Everything worked seamlessly as listed in the check-in information. The units are well decorated and super comfortable. This is a happy alternative to a hotel room. Extremely quiet and relaxing stay. We will definitely return!

Clean, quiet with parking

We needed a place to stay for a couple days during our short stay in Atlanta. We discovered while searching through hotels that parking is a big issue and can add significantly to the cost of your stay. This place was close to the Aquarium, yet in a residential area and had off street, lighted parking. It was small but did have a kitchenette area and was very clean. It may be a little cramped if you were there for an extended stay. At first, there seemed to be a lot of rules but I'm guessing they are all due to issues in the past. All in all, I would recommend it. Be aware that to get into the unit we were in, you had to climb several outside stairs, something that could be an issue for other travelers. Ask, as there are two buildings. My only negative is that was no 'welcome packet' with recommendations for local restaurants, activities, etc. We've come to depend on them when traveling in new cities.

Please make sure that all sites list your services accurately. Team BCA Response: Thank you for the feedback - We would love to get some more details regarding your reservation. From our end, it shows us you booked a "Cool Classic Studio" only listing 1 person (you) in the unit. I believe when you arrived you mentioned you had to relocate due to the unit not being listed correctly on the website. I do see the confusion with the collage of photos, but I do also see the drop link to have guest select the correct unit for details provided. Please correct me if I am seeing something different from your end. If you would gladly send me the confirmation email to best solve this issue, that would be great. Once again, I do apologize we could not meet the expectations you were expecting. We strive for excellence here and want to make sure we are doing everything in our power to make our guest comfortable and easy to accommodate.
