Parking was very easy, safe and underground! Loved the overall look and feel of the actual apartment! Very clean and host was very communicative. Would stay here again because it’s also central to everything as well!

First off, this location is pinned wrong on the map. We had a conference at the Omni and we chose this place as it was supposed to be on the other side of Petco, which it wasn't. The correct location is about 6-7 blocks north. Communication started off great when we had an issue with a shower drain, but after that we followed up with Fatima to see if someone was in the unit while we were out, as there was chunks of dirt on the floor and we knew it wasn't there when we left for the day, we never heard back from her. Overall, the place was nice, but could use a good deep cleaning.

The host contact communicated with quick replies, however, the property listing is very misleading. There are a few things that would be beneficial to let future guests know rather than misleading them. First, address in the listing is not the same as the one provided in our stay which led to a few of our guests going to the wrong building and walking an extra mile in the heat. We were also farther from the stadium which we planned the trip around. The original address was a five minute walk to the stadium and the second was a ten/fifteen minute walk through downtown. I was not aware you were allowed to lie about listing addresses.When we booked it the beds were listed as full size beds but the beds in the room were twin sized ones leading to last minute room changes for us. We planned for 4 to fit in the bedroom but only 2 fit.The apartment was 78 degrees when we arrived which was unbearable for the first thirty minutes until the AC kicked in. I can not imagine making the apartment cleaners clean in that heat. It would make more sense to turn the AC on prior to the guests arriving, especially during a heatwave. The key to lock/unlock the apartment is unique. They did not give any information on how to lock the apartment door. This lead to us unknowingly not locking the apartment door while we were gone. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you are visiting SD unless there is not better options available.

Property did not match the one in the listing and pictures. We were not informed of this switch before our stay. We booked this property primarily due to location and it having a hot tub and large pool area. Instead, the pool area was small and there was no hot tub, negating the primary reason for us picking this property. The unit was clean, however the TV also did not have a remote and was barely functional. When we let the host know, they said there was an issue with the original unit and they switched us at the last second, however they gave us the information 72 hours in advance, so they could have given us a chance to change our reservation if they had told us the truth. Very disappointed, I would not recommend this host or property.
