This spacious 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo in the heart of River Run Village offers an ideal mountain getaway, comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests. With two king-sized beds, a queen Murphy bed, and a queen sleeper sofa, this condo is perfect for families or groups looking to enjoy all that Keystone has to offer.

The open-concept living area features a cozy queen sleeper sofa and a queen Murphy bed, a flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace, creating a welcoming space to relax after a day of adventure. Step outside onto the private balcony to take in breathtaking mountain views or enjoy a meal on the outdoor seating. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a breakfast bar with seating for 3, while the adjacent dining area seats 6, making it easy to entertain or enjoy family meals together.

The primary bedroom includes a luxurious king bed, a TV, and an en suite bathroom with dual sinks, a granite countertop vanity, and a separate toilet and walk-in shower for added privacy. The second primary bedroom also offers a king bed, a TV, and private access to the balcony, along with an en suite bath with the same thoughtful layout and amenities as the first.

Dakota Lodge offers fantastic amenities, including a pool, hot tub, sauna, and ski lockers for easy access to the slopes. The central location in River Run Village means you’re just a short walk from the gondola, shops, and restaurants, putting you right in the heart of all the action. There's plenty of space in the room and very short walk to the lifts. Hot tub after a long day on the slopes is life savings

The location of the property was great. Very close distance to everything. The condo was clean. One of the showers in the bathroom did not work which was very inconvenient with our party of 8. We were told it did not work the day before we arrived. The kitchen cooking dishes need a major upgrade. We had difficulty cooking breakfast in the morning because the kitchen was very limited on dishes. Also, the mattress on the fold out couch was not even close to being able to be slept on. The mattress was extremely thin and needs a serious upgrade. Other than the kitchen , the bathroom shower not working and the couch bed not being able to be slept on , we had a great trip.

We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
