Juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de notre historique DeFlorin Stone Cottage Inn et DeFlorin BiCentennial Inn! Ceci est une location de maison entiĂšre privĂ©e et super propre uniquement pour votre groupe! À seulement trois pĂątĂ©s de maisons du quartier historique d'Hermann (loin de tout bruit de piĂ©ton). Huit blocs d'Amtrak. Deux pĂątĂ©s de maisons de Downtown Market Street et ses restaurants, boutiques et Ă©tablissements vinicoles. Nous surplombons Ă©galement le parc de la ville d'Hermann.

Parfait pour les groupes de mariage car l'auberge est Ă  seulement quelques pas de la Stunning St. Église catholique George. IdĂ©al pour les amateurs de vin (avec l'auberge situĂ©e entre Hermanhof et Stone Hill Winery) et fabuleux pour les parties de Bachelorette. Une nuit reposante pour les cyclistes profitant du Katy Trail.

Plus de 2000 pieds carrés entiÚrement meublés sur 3 niveaux. C'est une maison d'époque de la Seconde Guerre mondiale, construite en 1940. Rénové par les propriétaires août / septembre 2012! Apportez simplement votre groupe et profitez de la vue de dessus Bluff.

Le DeFlorin Brick Cottage Inn est rempli d'antiquités et d'objets de collection provenant de l'Úre de la maison. Vous verrez des objets souvenirs Art Déco, époque de la dépression et Seconde Guerre mondiale. La maison est également ornée de peinture à l'huile sur toile rurale du Missouri de l'artiste primé Michael Somerscales et de 1904 World's Fair Advertising.

Veuillez noter que nos prix incluent déjà les frais de nettoyage de votre maison aprÚs votre séjour. Nous avons tous les ustensiles et ustensiles de cuisine! Barbecue grill. Nous avons du café, de l'eau et du pop-corn pour votre plaisir.

The house is bigger on the inside than what it looks like from the exterior. It is very simplistic. 1 large bedroom upstairs (attic), 2 formal bedrooms and 1 bath on the main level and 2 nonconforming "bedrooms" (note: no doors) and a bathroom in the basement. It suited us well to sleep at night for our girls' trip for the wine trail. Nothing fancy. Some luggage racks and rugs would be great additions. We all agree that the best part (besides the wine) was our driver, Rich! He gave great recommendations and was punctual and all around great! The complementary continental breakfast at the Herman Crown Suites was a nice perk. Very nice hospitality.

A group of 4 stayed and our only regret was we only had it for 1 night. The property was quaint, clean and the location had amazing views. The picture posted was of that morning’s sunrise and we heard the beautiful church bells play. If I’m lucky enough I hope to get this property again.

My girlfriends and I enjoyed our stay. House was roomy and clean. Beds were comfortable. Buffet style breakfast was good. The hill isn't as bad as everyone says but it is still something to keep in mind in case you have any mobility issues. Overall, our stay was great but I have a few suggestions. The TV on the main floor needs to be a SMART TV. Also, the VBRO website needs to be updated to show current amenities. For example, soda, water and popcorn are no longer provided. Not a deal breaker but would have been nice. The living room furniture needs to be updated. The couch up against the window, on the left side has a hole that you sink down in to. The chair needs to be a recliner.

Great house in a great location

Six of us stayed in this house for a hot summer weekend. Everything was perfect. House is in great shape. The AC kept us cool. Everything was in working order and clean. The location of the place is very convenient. Hermann is a great little town to visit and we plan on coming back and hopefully staying at this house again.

House on the Hill

House was clean. A little dated. If you are arriving in bike while riding the Katy, it is a tough climb on the hilly streets. Great views.

Perfect

We had a great time in Hermann. Communication was prompt and the property was cozy. Beds were comfy, plenty of space, and clean. We loved gathering in the living room and chatting. The view from the top of the hill was lovely. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely Stay

The place is nice. Plenty of space to accommodate lots of guests. Would be great for families or groups of friends. Breakfast was nice. The house needs a deep cleaning and better cleaning before guests though. We were disappointed to find dirty dishes in the sink and floors, counters/sitting areas that needed to be cleaned before using.

The 2 bedrooms on the main level were fine. Would like to have tables and lamps added to down stair bedrooms. They have only a bed in the room. The air freshener they used was very strong and we had to place in outside. The property was great for a girls trip. Hermann is always fun.

Great location/Mediocre house

The house is located very close to all the action. There is a large hill that’s required to walk which was fine for us but likely not suited for some. The taxi at the Crown Suites is more than willing to take you but seemed difficult to do every time you make that trek. The house is large enough for many guests which is hard to find in Hermann. It is very dated. I understand that’s the point but small changes would elevate the comfort of the house without taking away from the history. Beds are not great, bedding is old and not comfortable. Upgrades on the beds and bedding would change the game in this house. The furniture in the living room is dated and not very comfortable. No TV in the bedrooms. The house smells old. The house serves its purpose but is mediocre at best.

Girls Weekend

This was perfect for our group of seven 60+ women. There are two bedrooms on the main floor and was perfect for the one in our group that can't do stairs. The upstairs was warm upon arrival but cooled down for comfortable sleeping. Sleeps even more than what is described. Downstairs was perfect sleeping conditions (even had to put on an extra blanket). Patio was lovely. We didn't cook there so cannot speak to the kitchen necessities. Drew, our driver for the day was OUTSTANDING! Can't say enough how good he was. It was a perfect weekend!

Lisa and Steve graduated from Bradley University, Peoria, Illinois. Our oldest daughter graduated from Saint Louis University and middle is at Bradley University enjoying college. Our son is attending Southern Methodist University in Dallas.

Few Homes Were Built This Year and Into the United States' Official War Years. We Have Brought Some Unique Period Memorabilia Back into this Home for You to Enjoy along with a Award Winning Artist!

We Enjoy the Privacy of this Home. We are next to the Weddings and Mass/Services of the Historic St. George Catholic Church, yet are just a block away from the Bustle of Downtown. A Nice View of the Valley Below!
