4WD or AWD (All Wheel Drive) is required during snow/ice season (Oct-May). Final 1/3 of a mile to house is a maintained gravel road otherwise entirely paved travel.

No Parties. People love the area for the quiet and privacy. We kindly ask you to please a good neighbor and treat our home as your own to help keep it in excellent condition for future guests and your return visits.

The place is all yours, enjoy! If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
