This stylish and spacious home is perfect for group trips, featuring 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The highlight is the massive rooftop deck, complete with stunning skyline views, an outdoor kitchen, plenty of seating, and a putting green for added fun. Ideal for relaxing or entertaining! Located right between 12th South and the Gulch, called Edgehill. 5 minutes to 12th and Gulch and only 7 minutes to Downtown! Perfect location to all the hot spots in and around the city! 1 mile to 12th South Area 1.2 miles to the Gulch 1.4 miles to Lower Broadway/ Downtown Nashville 1.4 miles to NEW SC soccer stadium (biggest in the USA!) 1.8 Is miles to Music City Center 2.0 miles to Bridgestone Area 2.2 miles to Ryman Auditorium 2.8 miles to Nissan Stadium 8.7 miles to Nashville International Airport (BNA) 12.6 miles tp Grand Ole Opry 13.3 miles to Gaylord Opryland Convention Center/Hotel. If you choose to bring a car there are 10-15 first come, first serve parking behind the unit along with plenty of street parking.

No smoking indoors đ: To keep the space fresh for all guests, any smoking inside the property will incur a minimum $150 fee.
Treat the space with care đĄ: Any damage to items or the home itself may result in additional charges.
We also recommend checking out travel insurance for extra peace of mind, as weâre unable to offer refunds outside our established policy.

2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
2 rolls of paper towels
