To ensure an impeccable stay, cleaning service is mandatory and provided by qualified staff. The cost is $85,000 COP per full day for groups of up to 6 people. For groups of more than 6, two cleaning staff are required, and for groups of more than 12, three staff members are needed—each at a cost of $85,000 COP. For check-ins after 3:00 p.m. and check-outs before 11:00 a.m., this service is not mandatory.
