Family-friendly 6th-floor beachfront condo with two private balconies and a private walkover to the exclusive beach — no Seawall Blvd crossing. Sleeps 6 (new king in master; double + twin bunk + twin trundle in guest; queen sleeper sofa). Resort-style comforts include a heated pool, new pickleball court and half‑court basketball, 24‑hour staffed lobby, beach chairs/toys and towels, free Wi‑Fi, HD cable/TVs in every room, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and Keurig (starter pods provided). Pleasure Pier, The Strand, Schlitterbahn and Moody Gardens are minutes away.

Safe, easy beach days: private walkover to an exclusive beach (no crossing busy Seawall Blvd) and no driving on the sand — perfect for supervising little ones.

Stress-free arrivals & help on site: 24‑hour staffed lobby, ice machine and vending; pool and resort amenities are available to registered guests.

Wonderful time!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The host was extremely easy to communicate with during our time, and the property had everything we could possibly need. My kids really enjoyed the games and old school Nintendo along with the fun bunk room. The location is perfect too. We will definitely be back again!

Perfect!

If you’re looking for a family friendly stay, this is it. The place was clean and well maintained. The building is also clean and well managed. We felt right at home! Beach/Pool- beach is a 3 min walk down the wooden boardwalk - pool is clean and heated- there is an out door shower with a hose to rinse off all the sand before enjoying the pool or heading upstairs- the owners have provided chairs, and beach toys!Location - 10 min or less drive to everything!- quiet area with no crowds- practically a private beachKitchen - best pans I’ve ever had in a rental! Thank you!!!- no oven (but the microwave can be used as a convection oven)- perfect for making lunches and breakfast/snacksLiving Area/Beds- comfortable beds and soft linens- they do provide some beach towels- shower only, no tub but it was a very nice upgraded shower with a seat- AC worked great and we were very comfortable!- amazing view of the water! We’d come back for sure!

Don’t Worry About a Thing!

Just bring your clothes and everything else is there to enjoy! Convenience of the walk out to uncrowded beach made our trip. Gail is very responsive and even stopped by in person to help me find some things in the place! Turtles around town were very fun to see.

Relaxing Trip!

We had stayed in this unit previously for a short weekend trip but opted for a longer getaway this time! Would definitely book again for any length of stay. Great amenities, comfortable bed, love that there is a dehumidifier in the unit. Also love being able to play the classic Nintendo games as well as the option for regular cable tv in addition to streaming.

Relaxing Beach Views

My daughter and I had a great stay. Very clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Perfect views of the beach. Two balconies. Off the living area had two tall chairs and off main bedroom had two rocking chairs. Quiet (no noise from neighbors). Didn’t use pool but looked clean. Short walk to beach which was not crowded. Definitely would stay here again. Gail the host was absolutely fantastic.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I grew up going to Galveston and Surfside every summer as a child, and wanted to do the same with our children. When we started looking at properties, we LOVED this one because of the direct beach access and quietness of the area. It immediately felt homey and was only an hour from Houston.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We really love the DIRECT BEACH ACCESS and the fact that there's no driving on the beach because it lets us enjoy the whole beach with the kids...not having to worry about crossing Seawall Blvd. and people driving next to the sandcastles allows us all to de-stress.

Also, there's nothing quite like waking up in the master bedroom and it's like you're on the beach already. The waves and the breeze across the dune grass is hypnotic - it's easy to leave busy city life behind here.
