Situated in the Corner Canyon area, right out the front door are miles of hiking and mountain biking trails. Other areas of interest close include, Downtown Salt Lake City, Park City, and Sundance just to name a few. We overlook the 15th tee box at the South Mountain Golf Course, which is just around the corner for those golf enthusiasts, test your skills at this challenging course.
Enjoy the views from every room in the house, or sitting on the deck with chairs and a fire pit, the main floor living room, kitchen, dining area and deck boast views of the City and golf course below and mountain views across the valley. Enjoy watching the deer roam freely in the backyard and the geese on the golf course.
The home has 5 bedrooms and an office with a convertible futon, which is a full bed when used for sleeping. all beds have premium fresh and clean linens, mattress and pillow protectors.

3 Full bathrooms with showers and tubs, a powder room on the main floor, bathrooms are stoked with all you will need.

The kitchen is Fully stocked with almost everything you will need, a variety of coffees, teas and sweeteners as well.

The garage has a ping pong table and dart board, benches for tightening those boots for a day on the slope and an area for your snow gear. Racks for skis and boards.
