Perfectly situated with direct access to the slopes right out your back door, this property offers unmatched convenience to the American Eagle lift and all the dining, shopping, and activities of Center Village, just a short walk away.

The first floor welcomes you with an open-concept living area featuring a cozy fireplace, a queen sleeper sofa, and a TV, creating the perfect space to relax after a day on the mountain. Upstairs, you will find two inviting bedrooms. Space for 1 vehicle in the covered garage. To open the garage door you must pull the string that is hanging from the garage opener from the inside. There is a door to the right of the garage door to access the inside. Same process is needed to exit the garage. There are parking spaces outside that you can park in if the lot is full or if your vehicle is oversized. Any additional vehicles can park at the North Alpine Lot for a fee during the winter, summer is free.
A shared laundry facility is located past the garage door entrance in its own separate building closest to Ten Mile Parking Lot.

We arrived after hours. We did get our packet. Didn’t have keys in packet because we didn’t need them. So that was our fault but calling the number that is on the package does not help cuz NO ONE answer the phone. That has nothing to do with the place we stayed at. Everything was great there. They have coffee, salt & pepper. I left some tea bags.

Great location.

We had our entire family ages six months, to eighty years old. truly a ski and ski out location. easy access to the magic carpet for the first time skiers. easy access to Green Acres young for skiers. and easy access to the super bee and eagle. The owner was very responsive to text message. underfrounnd parking is very nice. if have a car top cargo box, it will not fit into underground parking. need to communicate with owner on where to parkAlso if have two cars. mattresses were good.

What you see is what you get. Great location to ski in and out. Lots of beds to choose from to decide what mattress firmness you like. Upstairs rooms are great with storage and spacious for a condo. Stairs are VERY quite which is great so you don't wake anyone up. Parking is very convenient, get ready to carry your stuff up ALOT of steps but if you know that going in its not a big deal. We had a great time, made new memories and love our annual Colorado trip with our 8 and 12 yr old.
