Close to everything!

We really enjoyed our stay - we were in town for the Missouri Valley men’s basketball tournament, and the location is perfect! It’s easy to begin and end your day at the fan hangout in Ballpark Village, and “home” is just a few steps away!

We stayed at Ballpark Heights for the location. Walkable to The Arch and Ballpark. Parking garage on the adjacent block. The studio was comfortable for two but no more. Very clean and supplied with everything we needed for a two night stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Ballgame

Property is excellent location for many downtown attractions. The studio was as described, however, we were not able to get television reception or Wi-Fi for the entirety of r stay. With severe thunderstorms in the area this was concerning, especially with a tornado a couple of days earlier. We had no way of being adviced on conditions. Also, parking is an issue and costly. I would think The Landing could work with the parking garage across the street on a slight discount for multiple night stay. We went to the rooftop for television connection, the air condition was off and no toilet tissue in either bathroom, while indoor televisions worked well the outside did not. I am not a complainer but after getting what we thought was a good room rate then having various fees added on I felt the need to voice my opinion on these concerns.

Reliable connectivity and clear communication are essential, and we’re already working with our service providers and rooftop maintenance team to ensure these issues don’t recur. We’re also exploring partnerships with nearby garages to secure discounted parking for multi‑night stays and reviewing our fee transparency so guests feel confident in the total cost. This home was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax, and it had all the amenities we needed and wanted. The young adult "kids" enjoyed sitting in the hot tub. The backyard is right on the lake, with a dock, paddle boards, and kayaks. The location was great for exploring the general area, and Coloma is a nice small town with everything you would need--a big grocery store, Ace Hardware, good restaurants in and near the town, plenty of unique shopping in the general area, not too far from lake Michigan.The fire pit was awesome.The hosts/owners were very friendly and accommodating, and quick to respond. They checked in with us several times to make sure we were comfortable, and to ask if we needed anything.We highly recommend this beautiful spot if you are looking for a laid back family vacation home in the area.
