This is your own private oasis. This house is close to public transportation into NYC for a 45 minute train ride. Two doors from the Vanderbilt estate. Recently renovated. Thoughtfully FURNISHED with modern touch for a cape cod style home. Total 4,000 square feet of living area. Modern kitchen. Fabulous porch area with 3 sided view of bay. Separate area in master bedroom w/front loading washer and dryer and sitting area plus loft above. Total of 7 TV's compliment the house. Pick your oysters and mussels down the ramp fresh right off the beach! Your visible neighbors are deer, wild rabbits and turkeys with occasional visits from raccoons. You will be in desirable civilization within minutes of historic Northport and Huntington, NY. Public golf courses are plentiful too.

Waterfront, 2 doors over from the Vanderbilt mansion, one hour by train to NYC and one hour to the Hamptons. Fishing, mussel and clam digging right outside your door on the beach. There is a public beach as well 3 minutes away. Plus boating out of the Huntington Harbor.
