Enjoy panoramic views of San Diego Bay, the downtown skyline, and the iconic Coronado Bridge through large floor-to-ceiling windows. The living room looks out over the water and the entire city, creating a bright space with incredible views that are even better in person than in photos.
The condo is located in the heart of downtown San Diego, right near the Gaslamp Quarter, Petco Park, and the San Diego Convention Center. Restaurants, nightlife, and major events are all within walking distance.
Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps up to 8):

• Bedroom 2: Two twin beds
• Additional sleeping: 2 folding floor mattresses and up to 4 air mattresses available for extra guests.

Great stay in-town

Great location and space for our family to stay. It was centrally located and easy to get to all the sights. We walked out to get food most evenings. Very comfortable and well stocked with everything we could need. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

Some colleagues and I were booked at a hotel for a nearby conference, but realized that we could have a much better and more cost effective experience renting a VRBO. This is a great location and close to great restaurants, shops and the conference center. Excellent!

Nice but worn out

Beautiful view, very dirty and worn out. Pillows and bedding average at best. Bathroom vanity, literally worn out with chunks of it missing. We found 2 fake fingernails, NOT OURS on bathroom floor. Would not recommend or stay again.

This man allowed me to book this place just to already know he would not respond the day before my trip, I had to call customer service sit on the phone for hours. He did not respond to their calls. Just to eventually send a message that there were pests in the place and he is cancelling our stay. I read in another review he did the same thing. DO NOT BOOK unless you want to be stressed, and wait around for 2k refund and have to look for a new place the night before your flight.

This is a gem in the heart of downtown San Diego. Location, location, location is key! Transportation, grocery store, restaurant, all within walking distance. The place itself is modern and the views from the living room and bedrooms are breathtaking. Building is super secure with codes to enter parking structure, elevator and front door. My children were in love with the place and can’t wait to be back. All basic necessities that I needed were also available. I am so happy that I found the place and booked it right away. I had zero issues and no need to contact the host during my stay. Overall a great experience. Thank you for hosting me at your place.

My experience with the host was not great. We traveled from Alabama to San Diego for a weekend trip. We had this placed booked months in advanced. I communicated the week leading up requesting early check in if possible. I received a response. On the day we arrived in SD I messaged the host that we arrived as requested. 3 hours later I received a response that they were sorry but due to pest issues they were inspect to honor our reservation. We were literally 15 mins from downtown and if I had not reached out to the host I would not have known that we did not have a place to stay. Communication was lacking to say the very least. I cannot review the apartment but the owners need to do better.

Delayed communication morning of cancellation!!!

Unit was booked for a one night stay two weeks in advance. Per the listing, should receive checking information three days prior. Messaged owner three days prior since nothing had been received. Over 24 hours later the host messaged back stating checking information is typically given. 24 hours prior. Also asked if there was anything they could help us with and planning our trip. When messaged back to inquire about a few things, there was no response. 24 hours prior to check in there was still no information given. After multiple messages and phone calls to the host, there was no response at all. The reservation was canceled the morning of our stay, leaving us high and dry with no explanation.
