Cozy 3-Bed Home, 2 miles from IU Campus

Enjoy a family friendly backyard getaway in a remodeled 1950s 3 bed/2 bath ranch in a quiet neighborhood on the east side of Bloomington, just 2 miles from campus. Relax inside the bright living room, in the fenced-in backyard, or under the large cozy covered back deck while enjoying our coffee and tea cabinet. Our home is minutes to the new hospital, college mall shopping/eating, downtown, and local wineries. We are 8.2 miles to Lake Monroe (Paynetown), 8.4 miles to Lake Lemon, 17 miles to Nashville, IN/Brown County. We have a long driveway that can fit about 4 cars including boats. We accept pets! Fees are $25 per pet, per night charged separately from booking (day after check in). If you are staying longer than 7 nights or have multiple pets, we cap this fee at $175. We know your pet is great! However, it is in our experience pets can get anxious in a new place when you leave. It's our rule they must be in a cage or kennel when you leave for the day, for any amount of time. This is a one level ranch, however there is one step at the front door to enter. The 3 bedrooms include: Room 1) a queen bed, Room 2) a queen bed, and Room 3) a queen bed with a desk and chair for working. We know guests have different preferences for mattress comfort, so we have medium firm mattresses for a broad range of appeal for all of our guest's body types, sleep positions, and comfort preferences. We have blackout curtains in all our bedrooms. There are 2 full baths: one with a bathtub and the other is a walk in shower attached to the master bedroom.
