Another apartment Sunwell apartment I, Novalja, Gajac, Zrce is situated on the ground floor of the villa, and it is possible to rent both apartments at the same time, if available. By booking both apartments, you get the villa which can accommodate 12 people.

First bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm) large closet and a private exit on the balcony with a view of the beach and the mountains. The second bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm) large closet and large corner windows with a view of the local beach.
Living room has a couch with an integrated real mattress (160x200) for two more people.
The living room has an exit to a loggia with a hydromassage pool and on the other side, it is connected to a dining room and fully equipped kitchen with a bar and another balcony.

The bathroom has a big glass shower, sink, mirror, and toilet.
Both loggia and balcony have a most beautiful view of the sea and local beach and sunsets.
The apartment also has a small private paved garden (20 m²) with a large dining set for 6 people, a grill on wood and charcoal, and an electric grill. Also, the garden is equipped with a heated solar shower.

The apartment is situated 100 meters from the local beach, 2 km from the famous beach Zrće, and 3 km away from Novalja. Gajac has a long promenade along the beach, where there are beach bars, and that leads to the center with markets, shops, restaurants, and other facilities.
