Property was nice. The stairs leading up to the bedroom was hot and a bit unpleasant. We actually slept on the sofa bed instead of upstairs. Wasn’t sure how it was gonna feel. Parking in the back was cool, other than the alley. It needs work really bad. Potholes

I don’t usually respond like this, but I was really surprised by the 3-star review. The photos accurately show the space, and the upstairs has a mini split HVAC guests can adjust to their liking. You never reached out with any concerns, or I would’ve done my best to make things right—I truly care about the guest experience. As for the alley, that’s unfortunately out of our control, so it feels a bit unfair to be rated lower because of it.

Great place for our family of 3!

Katelyn's place is great. Our fam of 3 stayed in Indy for the weekend. The home is very clean and well furnished with anything that you may need in the kitchen, etc. Katelyn was super helpful with the entire process. I would exercise caution if driving in the back alley to park at the home. If you dont have a truck or SUV, I would suggest parking on the street. There are some BIG potholes in the alley, but this is obviously beyond the owners control, and not reflected negatively in the review at all. I just wanted to give a heads-up if you drive a car, and not SUV/truckWe would definitely stay here again. Thanks Katelyn
