First Floor:

Enter through a classic entryway with a dedicated workspace (desk) for remote work. This level also features a cozy living room with a smart TV & plush couch seating, a fully stocked kitchen (coffee machines, microwave, dishwasher, fridge), a dining area for group meals, a half bathroom, and laundry room.

Second Floor:

Upstairs you’ll find 4 comfortable bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, including a private bathroom in the master suite with a large closet. The second full bath is conveniently located in the hallway for shared access. Each bedroom has a unique layout, natural light, and plenty of storage.

Third Floor:

The top level is a spacious loft featuring a king bed, sleeper sofa, walk-in closet, and extra space to stretch out, unwind, or get work done.

Gorgeous home!

The house was very clean. Plenty of towels and blankets. It has a huge dinning room table that seats six, which was wonderful. The back yard area was larger than I thought and our dog loved that! Beds were very comfortable. Absolutely loved staying here and would definitely stay again!

Clean and big

This was by far the cleanest rental we have stayed in to date. Beds are comfortable and lots of space. The only downside is seating. There's room to sleep 12 but can only comfortably seat 5-6 in the living room. We managed with dinning room chairs and had a great time. Location is close to everything downtown. This is a big spacious house. Would return if in the area.

This neighborhood is so special. This home is in a historic district with the entirety of Bryden Road being preserved to stay special and unique to Columbus amongst many other neighborhoods that are flooded with modern fixer uppers. The East Market is a particularly welcome addition to the neighborhood, and we highly suggest you check it out for their amazing food selection. This area is very family friendly! If you're looking for an activity with the kiddos the Conservatory and Botanical Gardens are a couple blocks away!

This is a historic brick home with an updated interior to help celebrate the home and neighborhood's history while providing modern comforts. We have a beautiful fenced in back yard with brick patio and plenty of seating as well as a fire pit for those cozy fall and summer nights.
