Other things to note
Please note:

* A cleaning fee of $25 will be added to the price per stay

* The base rate covers 3 people; additional guests (up to a maximum capacity of 6) will be charged $20 per guest.

* Please take care of the electronic Garage Opener Key. We have limited quantities and a lost replacement will be charged at $70.

* Check-in is from 4:00 PM onwards. Check-out is at 1:00 PM;

* All Personal IDs front pictures and car plates must be shared 24 hours before arrival through email. This is mandatory by the security administration.

* Visits are not permitted by the building administration for security reasons. Every person needs to be registered as a guest.

* No Parties.

* Smoking is not allowed.

* Not Pet-friendly.

* No Loud Music.

* Please take good care of all items provided. Any damaged or missing item will be charged to your account

* Please do not sign out of Netflix or other accounts.

* The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.

* It is strictly prohibited to remain intoxicated with alcohol/drugs in common areas of the building.

* Please do not bring drinks in glass container to the pool.

* It is strictly prohibited to display acts of immorality or inappropriate behavior in the common areas of the building, including the pool, and in presence of local residents including children. Please respect this family-oriented residence.

* Any violation of the previous rules will NOT BE TOLERATED and will be reported. for the stay cancellation and removal of the guests executed by local authorities.
