Whip up meals in the sparkling kitchen, then unwind in plush bedrooms. Gaze at stunning Mt. Rainier from the rooftop deck! Minutes from Greenlake's parks, trails & lively cafes, it's the perfect spot for small families, couples, or business travelers looking to explore the emerald city!
Modern and sleek townhouse north of Greenlake and 15-20 minutes to downtown Seattle.
This a great space for those looking to explore the city for those that are here for a business trip.
Please note that this a multi level townhouse with several staircases. Please make sure this will work for you, especially if you have any mobility issues.
First floor:
- Living room
- Large smrt TV
- Fully equipped kitchen
Second floor:
- Bedroom with queen bed
- Adjustable work station in bedroom
- Full bath
- Washer and dryer
Third Floor:
- Master bedroom with queen bed
- Full bathroom in bedroom
Rooftop Deck
- Views of Mount rainier
- Outdoor dinning table and chairs
- String lights
You will have access to the entire house!
I am just a message away if you need anything! We like to give our guest their privacy, but are happy to assist when needed :)
Please note that this a multi level townhouse with several staircases. Please make sure this will work for you, especially if you have any mobility issues.
Parking: We do not have designated parking. There is free street parking that is first come first serve. We are not responsible for any parking tickets or towing.
- Quite hours: from 10pm-8am
- No shoes inside the house please
- No parties, events, or large gatherings
- No unauthorized guest: Guests who are not listed on the reservation are considered unauthorized guests and will be charged $150 per night.
- Guests staying for more than 30 days must agree to sign a formal lease agreement.
- Complaints from neighbors for any disturbance or noise will lead to removal of guests from the property without a refund.
- No smoking: If evidence of smoking is found in the house or anywhere in the premises of the house, guest will be loose the $500 damage deposit for breaking our no smoking policy.
- Breaking the house rules or any damage to the property or furnishings may cost you the deposit and we may enter the house (including police or legal action) for necessary corrective/preventive actions.
- The owners/managers reserve the right to enter the premises to make repairs/maintenance or in case of an emergency

For your security and convenience, guest verification and check-in details are managed through Enso Connect, our trusted digital check-in platform. Once your reservation is confirmed, youâll receive an email or text with a secure Enso link to complete a quick ID verification and guest portal setup.
Through Enso, youâll be able to:
Verify your identity safely and easily before arrival
Access detailed check-in instructions, door codes, and property information
Communicate with our team directly for a smooth and seamless stay
This process helps ensure a safe and personalized experience for all our guests.
