This is a back unit of the main house. The unit has its own separate entrance.

No Party Policy: To ensure a peaceful environment, parties are not permitted within the premises.

Smoke-Free Environment: Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited indoors to maintain a clean and pleasant atmosphere.

We offer a pet-friendly environment. Pets must be approved prior to reservations. Please reach out if you plan to travel with your pet(s). The fee is $100 a pet per stay and $50 for an additional pet for a maximum of (3) pets. If you have an approved pet, please clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors. Additional cleaning fees may be charged.

Due to Hawaii`s warm, tropical climate, it`s not uncommon to occasionally encounter small critters, even indoors. We take great care to manage this by regularly cleaning and treating the property, but the natural environment can sometimes invite these little visitors inside.

Additionally, please be aware that the local frogs can be quite vocal at night, which may keep you up if you`re not used to the sounds of nature.

No Shoes Policy: To ensure a clean environment and avoid carpet/rug stains, we do not allow shoes indoors.
