We had a fabulous time during our stay, I highly recommend this property. It was beautiful inside and outside, decorated impeccably. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could need. The hosts were so nice and very responsive to our questions.

10/10 experience! This is the first review I’ve ever written, but the Mountain House deserves it. It is even more beautiful in person than in the photos!The design is stunning and perfect for families. Hosts Dawn and Jeremy thought of every single detail—from a fully stocked kitchen and helpful "house book" to a thoughtful welcome gift basket. We spent our evenings lounging in the gorgeous living room and playing games in the dining area. It is the perfect mix of a quiet, remote getaway and luxury pampering. I would highly recommend a stay at the Mountain House; we will definitely be back!

Dawn and Jeremy were amazing hosts who were extremely responsive so I cannot recommend them enough. Their home is such a warm and welcoming space that is both private and convenient to so many areas including Smugglers Notch which is a few minutes down the road. Without a question we will look to stay here again in the future!

The Mountain House is a beautiful home and the hosts were great. Commutation was via email, check in/out instructions were clear and the home was stocked with necessities as well as a nice gift basket. House is located just north of Smugglers Notch, so close proximity to skiing, hiking, and biking for all levels.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful mountain house in Jeffersonville. Every detail was so well thought out, from the home itself to the incredible landscaping, which perfectly blends the natural surroundings with beautifully planned spaces.One of our favorite surprises was the backyard, with Adirondack chairs overlooking a peaceful stream. A path leads up the hill to a clearing with what has to be one of the best views in Vermont. We came to Vermont to enjoy the fall foliage, but we often found ourselves wanting to get back to the house just to relax and enjoy everything it had to offer.The kitchen was incredibly well stocked and had everything we could possibly need. The welcome gift basket was such a thoughtful touch. The beds were comfortable, the house was spotless, and it truly felt like a special place to come home to at the end of each day.This was a trip we will always remember, and this wonderful home was a big part of what made it so special. I sincerely hope we have the opportunity to return someday!

Thank you again for the wonderful welcome basket and clear communication. We were all impressed by such a well thought out house instructions book, that was helpful! The house was perfect and the hot tub was nice to come back to after full days of exploring! It was nice to be close to Stowe, but still feel like we were in the back woods away from hustle and bustle. Also, the charming pictures added such warmth to the whole house!!

The Mountain House is one of the most well thought out, well appointed location I've ever rented! The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, spies and all of the necessities needed to make a home cooked meal. The house layout was terrific. The sitting room in the front of the house was comfortable, a long with the main living room. The hot tub was amazing; private backyard made sitting outside delightful at the table and chairs. Comfortable bedding, soft towels and the whole flow of this house just screams relaxation, just what we wanted!Bonus shuffle board game which was so fun too!Dawn came and helped with the tricky backdoor (pull on the handle harder than you think you need to) on a Saturday night, during the rain, on a holiday weekend. She and Jeremy helped make our stay wonderful! Such terrific hosts. Can't wait to stay again next time we came up to play disc golf at Smugglers Notch.
