Welcome to this delightful house in Phoenix. With 5 bedrooms including 1 queen bed and 10 twin beds, 4 Full beds, 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, guests will have plenty of space to relax and unwind. The property features amenities like iron, heating, AC, and WiFi. Enjoy the tranquil surroundings and make the most of your stay in Phoenix. Enjoy all that Phoenix has to offer when you stay at our place.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We welcome you to phoenix Arizona a city of joy and peace

What do expect is a clean house , furniture are fully New, the sofa have Bluetooth speakers, we just add a new A/C unit.. so you will be getting fresh air, nice space.. all house is full of LED lights, all rooms have TV, we have 10 twins beds, 4 Full beds, one King bed and one queen bed.
This house to closer to westGate and phoenix downtown. No alcohol or smoking is allowed at property and no party 
! The house is closer to gym line 1 mile away, we have security camera outside to monitor all activity especial guest's car in front yard and more to keep your property safe , we have bright light that turn on at night on front yard. and in backyard I have parked 8 cars. which is been monitor by another camera. we are close to gym, cvs, to the phoenix park, to downtown. We have laundry available for you if you needed it


I am very close to the house in case a guest has a need I will be available at any moment, 8:00am- 11:00pm again welcome to our Beatiful home. if you need a car to use please let me know we do rent cars too.

Spacious home, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, easy to find. Nice shower heads and plenty of towels. There are basic kitchen items for cooking, but missing a pan for the oven, for example. Disposable/paper kitchen products available. Several areas were not as clean as I would expect to give a full 5 stars. Host is very responsive and proactively checked in to see if we needed anything during our stay.

Home has plenty of beds for a large family. Could have paid more attention to the cleaning process prior to check in. There are very limited drinking wear (no coffee mugs) definitely not enough for all beds provided. Lights around home are VERY bright at night.

Family Affair

Our family could only saw WOW!! From the time we pulled up to this beautiful property until we departed, we have nothing but high praise. The immaculate and spacious living room was extremely comfortable and roomy for our family along with the bells and whistles of state of the art technology. The 5 bedrooms had everyone cozy and content with the comforts of home. We had an abundant kitchen space to prepare all of our favorite meals and a huge dining room to consume our meals or just connect. We can't forget the sizable patio area with grill to enjoy outside evenings with one another. The owner made himself available for any questions we may have had which were minimal. There was no stone unturned for us. It was also cost efficient for what all you receive which we appreciated. This was by far the very best stay we've experienced away from home and look forward to a return visit. If you're looking for an excellent place to stay, we highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed.

BEWARE

This property is not worth the trouble. First of all, my check in time was 3:30pm. I messaged the host at 3 asking for my code since I was still 40mins away I figured they would have time to responded to me. WRONG. I had to call Vrbo support just to get in touch with the host. Secondly, there is no washer as indicated. You are probably using dirty sheets. I asked for my cleaning deposit back and never received it. The host told me there is an additional charge to use his washer. I called Vrbo support a second time. The host kicked us out for asking to use the washer and calling vrbo support to complain. Keep scrolling. Very unprofessional service.

Lovely home, not cleaned, no sheets, frustrating communication

The manager messaged that they would provide a code before check-in. That didn't happen. I messaged them on my way there, again when I got there, waiting for the code. 30 minutes later, when I called, they said they would message then hung up. No message. I got an incoming call from the co-manager, running late, said it hadn't been cleaned, and asked to give him 90 min to clean. When he realized we were already there, he said 40 minutes. We had nowhere else to be, just waiting to get in to set up my daughters celebration, so we just waited in the driveway. 5 minutes later, he pulls up, apologizes, goes in (presumably to clean), and left us towels. 25 minutes later, he left and we finally got a code to get in.They said previous guests checked out late, so they didn't get a chance to clean. (Ok, but communicate beforehand). They graciously offered a late check out for us the next day to make up for it. (We did not take them up on the offer.)We found dirty dishes in the dishwasher (not even running), floors unswept and dirty sheets. My sister found used floss in her bed. I messaged to let them know that the bigger bed was missing sheets. They never got back to me. Back street neighbors blasted fiesta music all night til 4:45am. Frustrating. Disappointing. Hoping to at least get my cleaning fee back.

Great quiet place to stay!

My wife was graduating at the chase field in Phoenix. Found this house it was super affordable! The property EXCEEDS The value of what you pay! The only recommendation is maybe one of the rooms have another queen or put a king where the queen multiple twins was convenient as well just a thought but other then that all smart TVs in the house it was all pretty new being well lit was awesome I had no worries about my vehiclea while on site.it felt like a high end suite with many rooms had all the stuff needed to fit my group of 10 people COMFORTABLY! we will definitely stay here again if we need to go to pheonix!
