Just a 10-minute drive from Downtown Bend. Aerie is perfectly positioned for adventure and relaxation. These two- and three-bedroom residences offer luxury and comfort, perched above a charming neighborhood plaza reminiscent of a traditional European square where daily needs, local flavors, and community connection come together.
The 1127 Aerie Buyout consists of 2 units with a total of 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests.
Location Highlights —
Wake up to fresh mountain air and start your day with a hot coffee or tea and the famous Ocean Roll from Sparrow Mercado, just steps below your Aerie unit, literally. Then head out to explore miles of Bend's world class hiking and biking trails only minutes away, or enjoy a relaxing float down the Deschutes River. In winter, spend the day carving turns on the slopes at Mt. Bachelor, then return to the comfort of your private retreat at Aerie. The restaurants of NorthWest Crossing, including the Grove, RBC, La Rosa Mexican Kitchen, and Bend Pizza Kitchen, are just a short stroll away, while shopping, craft breweries, and the energy of downtown Bend are only a quick 10-minute drive.

- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- The dumpsters outside of the units are for commercial ground-floor tenants only. There are shared trash and recycling cans located inside the garage for Aerie guests.
- The electric grills must be turned off and unplugged after every use.
- The outdoor lighting at the property automatically turns on at dusk and off at dawn.
- Please note that all 2nd-floor units have 2 flights of stairs to access the main front door, and all 3rd-floor units have 4 flights of stairs. There is no elevator, and the spaces are not ADA-compliant.
- Adjacent commercial and new home construction may be active during workday hours.
Parking Details:
- Parking is available for your convenience.
- Each unit shares a garage with another unit, so guests must park in the designated parking space within the garage. Each reservation comes with one garage space and one driveway space.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
