Nothing was great. The shower was very narrow and very minimal parking. If you have a ground floor room, it sounds like the upstairs neighbors are going to come through the ceiling.

Beach was great!

Loud music played on the beach until after midnight. Room said partial view. Not at all. Parking was difficult. It was ok, loved the beach but room was very small.

The rooms were very close to the beach. You definitely could have a beach view if you were on the second floor. We were on the first, but the beach is so close that was not an issue. I did have a problem. I called to see if we could do an early check in. Instead of checking to see if the room was ready, they sent me a form that I could choose to pay an extra 20 per hour For early check-in. In other words if you checked in at one in your room is ready you had to pay 60.40 if it was two hours ahead and 20 if it is one hour ahead if a room is ready it’s ready, you are already paying for it. I was very upset by the fact that the pictures showed a parking lot with good parking. When I got there and got the online form I now had to pay 30 for parking. Compared to the 89 a day down the street I was OK with that although I felt that should’ve been disclosed in the rental. however, I was very upset to find out that they had no parking spaces for that night. If I had known ahead of time, and it was very obvious that I should reserve a parking space in the listing, I would have done it when I booked luckily, we did find parking not far away. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. I could see out under the door, which did bother me, although you could lock it easily. I just think they need to think about letting people know about parking.

Pacific View Inn - BEWARE Deceptive Listing!

The listing for this property is egregiously deceptive. An ocean view is listed under the amenities, and there is no indication that there are alley-facing rooms in neither the description or pictures in the listing. When we checked in, we were of course disappointed to find that we indeed had a back alley-view room, plus the room had overwhelmingly strong odors of cleaning chemicals. We checked out 10 minutes later and were told that since we selected a non-view room, we would not be refunded. As of this review, there are still no listings of this property that outline the available room views, so for the property manager to say that I chose a standard non-view room absolute garbage. I asked to be shown where the room view options are mentioned, but was repeatedly given the link to the posting that does not show room view options. This is deceptive practice and I would not recommend this property under any circumstances.
