The Apt Price is reasonable when compared to its competitors in Picard . Host is friendly and welcoming.
The apt is a good place for relaxation, without disturbance. Scenic. Everything like shops , supermarket, market, restaurant, bars, beach, are in close proximity, to include the town of Portsmouth, & eco tourist sites.( check guide book). Clean air and the opportunity to take short early morning walks in a great benefit. Everyone who stayed there loves it.

The space
The Apt is private and is a fully furnished, cleaned unit. It contains a bedroom with a full comfortable bed, a bed side table, a clothes closet, with an attached dressing table with drawers, a study desk and chair, with an attached bath room. The kitchen, living and dining Share the same space. In the kitchen, there is a microwave, a gas stove, a kettle, a coffee maker , basic and limited utensils, tools, plates and cutlery. There are two single pieces of couch and a space saver. There is also a dinning table with four chairs.

The entrance of the apartment is from the front balcony, like the other apartments. This is shared with other guest.

Guest is free to relax on the balcony, and view the scenery. The environment is generally quiet, and the apartment is very clean and comfortable.

The apartment is easily accessibly the area where the guest walks is tiled, and there are plants and flowers in the yard, there is limited space for social activities.

Guest has access to the balcony, or any where in the yard they would like to use.

Other things to note
The Electricity system is Pay as you go. Since the price of electricity has go up so high, we are catering for the most $4USD, 10ECD a day; and that is to take into consideration AC use. Should guest goes beyond that amount, ( which rarely happens) this would be considered extremally high, and so guest would have to pay for the extra electricity use.
Backup Power in the event of an emergency, or power outage

Guest can inquire about tours, laundry, airport pickups and drop off, or any other services they would like to have.
