Ocean Edge Resort and Golf Club – This a private vacation home that has been completely remolded to extremely high standards, no expense was spared, completed in 2022.


Visitors have a resort style living for a week and is often seen in articles in Coastal Living, New York Times, Conde Naste Traveler and more. The free-standing home is privately owned.


Ocean Edge is located on 429-acres in Brewster, MA with a Jack Nicklaus
Champion Golf Course, Ocean Beaches and Restaurants.


This Patio Home with 1,700 square feet of living space, three full bathrooms, three bedrooms, with a game room that can be converted to four bedrooms with a custom sliding pocket door system. This is the largest Patio Home at Ocean Edge.


There is a new rear patio, full width of the house. Under the concrete patio are new natural gas lines supplying the natural gas Cove Linear fire table with a Crystal Fire Plus Burner supplying 80,000 BTU’s. Perfect for summer nights and cocktails.


There is a natural gas Cal Flame barbecue grill island in the Patio. The natural gas line also supplies the Valor indoor fireplace, with driftwood logs, which is a heating fireplace. There is a new natural gas supply line for natural gas heating, stove, oven, and hot water systems.


The new kitchen has white quartz countertops, Wolf 36” natural gas range with four burners and a built-in skillet top, a commercial style Wolf hood vent, a 36” wide Sub-Zero refrigerator, all new custom kitchen cabinetry from Omega, it is custom white driftwood style finish, an accent royal blue coffee station cabinet with under cabinet lighting and a deep Pro Chef Julien stainless sink with Perrin & Rowe single handle chrome faucet.

There is a high-end TRUE wine chiller with glass door and colored LED lighting.


All of the interior finishing’s are in a light white / light gray, similar to that of a light white driftwood color, all of the kitchen cabinets, bath vanities and doors are all custom and their color is all the same, matching.


There are four pocket doors on the second floor, custom manufactured by Horner Millwork that slide across the opening of the second floor, with a custom top mount track, to enclose the second floor creating a private suite consisting of a game room or bedroom, a full bathroom with shower and an additional lofted bedroom.

There is new central air conditioning and central heating along with a natural gas tankless hot water heating system that supplies endless hot water for all the showers and sinks.


All of the bathrooms have Italian floor to ceiling white marble, custom vanities and quartz countertops with high-end California faucets in the sinks and showers with hand sprayers with thermostatic temperature adjusting knobs. All bathroom showers have custom glass doors with hinges that swing either in or out.

The window shades are Hunter Douglas, Nantucket White Wicker, Provenance Woven Wood, Power View Top-Down/Bottom-Up that operate up and down via a remote control

In the living room there is a natural gas remote controlled Valor fireplace with a custom marble tile surround and custom heat venting above the TV.


All the closets are outfitted with a matching white driftwood style, California closet system.

The flooring throughout is a luxury premium high traffic, beautiful flooring system, that has the look of white or light grey driftwood finish called Forest Treasure.

Beaches:

BAY PINES beach (Ocean Edge) Guests do not have use of the Ocean Edge Private Beach unless they are accompanied by a beach member. Message me separately for options, we are a beach member.

Next the Ocean Edge beach, the adjacent beach called Ellis Landing Beach is open to the public, follow the roadway across 6A next to JT’s seafood turn right on 6A and left onto Ellis Landing Rd. and walk to the public beach.

Unlike Ocean Edge Private Beach, the public beach allows for coolers and outside food, so pack lunches and drinks for a full day!

Brewster is famous for the Brewster Flats, a phenomenon created by the ebb and flow if he daily tides when the waters recede more than a mile out of Cape Cod Bay to reveal sandbars, clam beds, and tidal pools teeming with sea life.

Other things to note
We are full golf resort members and will supply resort passes for use of the resort and if you golf we can supply 2 rounds of golf for 4 golfers. Weekly fees for pools and fitness are included in your rental, up to 6 people, plus 10 hours per week of tennis court fees. For more, see the fee schedule below.
