**Bedroom #1**
As you enter Bedroom #1 via its own private entrance to the right of the driveway, you'll find a quiet retreat separated from the main house (shares a wall with the garage). This room features a queen bed, a full ensuite bathroom with a tub-shower combo, and a private couch, TV, and outdoor deck.

**Main Living Area**
