We had a great stay. It was a perfect location. And the host was easy to get in contact with. Parking is tight. But we also found great street parking. We were overall very happy!

We had an amazing time exploring Seattle from this great townhome. It was in a great location for us. The townhome was spacious and we had everything we needed. The rooftop offered amazing views, we sat there in the mornings and evenings.

Great Location!

Enjoyed beach activities, good restaurants, and views. Home is brand new and great layout. Host was very accommodating and easy to get a hold of. We had a a fabulous time and look forward to visiting again.

This place was Beautiful! New construction and built with high quality Your are literally, steps from Alki beach with many restaurants and coffee houses around. Property owner was very quick to respond with any questions or issues. I would highly recommend this and look forward to staying again.

Beautiful townhouse

Property was as advertised. Also in a great location. Was not as clean as expected, management took care of issues right away. Would stay here again. Beautiful view of water from roof deck. Comfortable bed in main bedroom.

Great spot, great location

We had such a great stay near Alki Beach. The house was spotless and beautiful. Just a half block from the beach, the location can’t be beat. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance. The host was very responsive and thoughtful!

Beautiful townhouse with great amenities and super close to the beach and lots of restaurants. There was a home across the street under construction during our stay, but they didn't really do too much work on the weekend, so the noise from that was manageable, and not at all the fault of this property owner. Kitchen doesn't have a ton of utensils and only a few cups and plates, so just an FYI if you are staying with more than 4 people that you may want to grab paper plates if you are eating in. Views from the rooftop deck are phenomemal and the proximity to so much of what the greater Seattle area has to offer makes this a wonderful spot to stay. Parking is tough, the assigned spot is in a very tight parking lot, and getting in or out when there are more than 2 other cars can be super hard. Definitely do not recommend bringing anything larger than a camry or similar 2 or 4 door sedan. Overall, would definitely be back and stay again, thank you for a.great experience!

The townhouse is as described and virtually new. Very comfortable for myself, my wife and two adult children. Be aware of the fact that it is a three story walk up to the master bedroom (for those with limited mobility) - not a problem for us. The two other bedrooms were on the ground floor. We had a very nice stay and I can recommend it to anyone who wants to stay near the beach in Alki.
