Luxury home near Mt Rushmore! King beds in 3 of 4 bedrooms!
Find just the right balance of relaxation and outdoor adventure in this new, beautifully appointed home. Halfway between Mt Rushmore and Custer State Park, youâll be perfectly situated to visit all the area attractions with ease! Completely surrounded by National Forest land with numerous hiking trails and a short walk to Lakota Lake for trout fishing and recreation.
Nestled amidst the pines, the home was designed with ultimate comfort in mind:
-Numerous areas to converse with your group or find some solo time for yourself: upstairs living room, lower level family room, screen porch, deck and front patio.
-Prepare meals in the gourmet kitchen, well stocked with everything you need. Plus thereâs a grill on the deck.
-Dine on the screened porch or dining room table or perch at the island with a cup of coffee.
-With three of the four bedrooms boasting King beds with high quality mattresses, youâre guaranteed a peaceful nightâs sleep.
-Beautiful views out every window with frequent deer visits at dawn and dusk
-Full size washer and dryer
-Large screen TVâs in living room and family room
Roads to property are paved. Gravel driveway with plenty of parking.
Because the home is new, this is the first season renting and we have no reviews yet. However, we rented out another home in the same area and had perfect 10âs on all stays for several years.
So many things to do! Such as:
-drive or cycle scenic Iron Mountain Road with its tunnels and famous pig trail bridges
-15 minute stroll to Lakota Lake
-Custer State Park, just a short drive away, has much to offer: hikes, bison and other wildlife, swimming lakes, gorgeous drives like the Needles Highway, trail rides
-Mt Rushmore
-Crazy Horse Monument
-George Mickleson trail for hiking and bicycling
-Attrations like Bear Country USA, Reptile Gardens and many more
-Several stunning hikes right out the door
-UTV rentals in nearby Custer
-Check out the art galleries in Hill City
-Ride the historic 1890âs train from Keystone to Hill City
-Lots of restsurants, wineries and breweries to experience

We love the Black Hills and enjoy hosting so that others can experience this beautiful part of the country.
Voici pourquoi lâhĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement
The property is surrounded by forest service land with plenty of hiking opportunities. There is such a nice mix of outdoor activities and attractions in the Black Hills, which is especially nice for families with kids. We're centrally located close to Custer Park, Keystone, Mt Rushmore and all the wonderful attractions in the area.
Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique
When we travel, we're looking for a rental with: at least one King bed, enough seating in living and dining for all guests and comfortable outside seating as well, preferably with a screen porch and a deck/patio. So when we were building/planning this home, we decided to put Kings in 3 out of our 4 bedrooms (the other has 2 twin beds), include both inside and outside dining tables that could seat 8, a screen porch as well as back deck and front patio and that all seating is comfortable for great viewing and conversation!
