Welcome to the Mountain View Retreat! This delightful home in the Upper Greenlaw Estates neighborhood is a perfect location for your Northern Arizona getaway. You will immediately feel at ease when you arrive with plenty of room to relax inside or outdoors.

A huge gourmet open kitchen make this home an ideal place for entertaining and preparing an evening meal for even the largest of groups. The kitchen is outfitted with a large kitchen; making meal preparation a social time for all. The kitchen features stainless appliances, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, and a full complement of cooking utensils and dish ware.

Spend some time getting work done at the private desk, come together to watch a movie on the large couch in the living room, or retreat to the small upstairs deck for some relaxation time to yourself- there is something for everyone! Out back is a large patio with a BBQ, plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy an evening meal, and a beautiful hot tub overlooking Mount Elden. The large fenced yard is great for the kids and pets to play.

This house has five bedrooms, to fit all your sleeping needs. There are four king bedrooms, as well as a bunk room. The master king room is on the first floor and three guest king rooms are on the second floor. The downstairs bunk room features two sets of twin over twin bunk beds, with one trundle twin bed. Additionally there is a pull out couch in the loft living space that sleeps 2. This brings that total to 15 sleeping spaces.

The three bathrooms are brand new, all with tub/shower combos, and plenty of space to get ready for a night out. You will find soap, shampoo/conditioner, hair dryers and extra TP in each of these.

The location is unbeatable. Right out the front door, you get a nice view of Mount Elden. You are just minutes away from the Buffalo Park recreation area that boasts miles of hiking with gorgeous scenery, as well as Downtown Flagstaff. Quick access to I-17 and I-40, while surrounded by a variety of dining and shopping options, the Mountain View Retreat is the perfect home base for all of Flagstaff's attractions. The Arizona Snowbowl is a quick half-hour drive, and offers world class skiing at a family friendly resort. Grand Canyon is an hour's drive north, providing some of the most beautiful scenery in the country.
