House Rules
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe the following:
1. CLAYGO: Please clean as you go.
2. Read and follow all house rules.
3. Respect your neighbors and treat the space as your own home.
4. Strictly No Smoking or Vaping (including e-cigarettes) – Smoke detectors are installed in the unit.
5. Drink responsibly.
6. Loud music is prohibited during quiet hours.
7. Do not hang clothes outside the window.
8. Guests are liable for any:
o Damage to appliances, furniture, or property.
o Loss of owner’s property (replacement costs based on actual value).
o Vandals, stains, scratches, or paint damage.
9. Always watch children to prevent breakage or damage.
10. Ensure pets do not damage furniture or items (fines will apply).
11. Owner/host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings.
12. Left belongings must be claimed within 24 hours after check-out.
13. Dispose of waste properly. Tie garbage bags securely and throw them in the designated garbage room near the elevator.
14. Any form of illegal activity, disorderly behavior, or disturbances is strictly prohibited.
