Luxury villa with open sea view and its own multi-purpose sports ground

Villas “White Sails” is a combination of a unique location, modern design and functionality.
Our villas are located on the south side of the island of Krk (Croatia), in one of the most picturesque and still sparsely populated parts of it, known by the Italian name “Šoto Vento”, that is, on the leeward side, reliably protected from strong northern winds. The microclimate formed here allows growing oranges, tangerines and other subtropical crops.
The functional interior of the villas allows you to comfortably accommodate 10 guests (8 + 2) in each of them. During the construction, environmentally friendly materials and equipment from leading world companies were used. Particular emphasis was placed on the use of natural stone – granite, marble and travertine – to create an atmosphere of sophistication and aristocracy.
Each villa offers a swimming pool (waterfall for massage), spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, high ceilings, air conditioning and electric shutters. There is a garden with a barbecue area, trampoline and table tennis, panoramic sea views, free large parking, the beach is within walking distance .
Along the entire perimeter of the territory, different varieties of juniper and cypress are planted, which evaporate antimicrobial compounds (phytoncides) and disinfect the air. In addition, a large number of Mediterranean and Tropical crops grow on the land: different varieties of palm trees, climbing roses, oranges, tangerines, kiwi, feihua, banana tree, asemina, cherries, persimmons.
Very quiet, cozy and picturesque place, which borders on a forest and an olive orchard.
