This modern condo features a KING BED and sleeper sofa, a private balcony, LCD TVs, a private bathroom, full-sized appliances, and a kitchen table. It is tastefully decorated with upscale furnishings and decor, including granite countertops in both the kitchen and bathroom, giving it a modern touch. The condo offers breathtaking views from both the balcony and the main living area and can comfortably sleep up to 4 people.
The bedroom features a KING BED and sleeper sofa in the living area, providing additional sleeping space. This fifteenth-floor unit provides awesome views of the beach and the city. Additionally, there is a large swimming pool and Jacuzzi located on the 10th floor.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, range, microwave/range hood, and a dining room table for meals. The resort itself features an oceanfront pool deck with an outdoor pool and Jacuzzi, indoor water amenities such as a pool, lazy river, kiddie pools, and a Jacuzzi, as well as a fitness room and onsite parking.
Monterey Bay is situated in the upscale north end of Myrtle Beach, about two miles from the downtown hotel section, and is close to restaurants, shops, entertainment, and other attractions.

I've been vacationing in the Myrtle Beach area since I was a little girl. I grew up in rural North Carolina, visiting Myrtle Beach on our family vacations and loved every second. Currently, my husband and I own a high rise condo in Raleigh, NC. When we started looking for investment properties, we considered Myrtle Beach and found affordable oceanview properties combined with fun amenities like pools, hot tubs, and perfect views of the Atlantic Ocean. We love Myrtle Beach because the palm trees in the pool area give a tropical feel, without going too far from home. We have one little girl and our condo is our other pride and joy. I am excited to help you have a perfect vacation and hope our condo can accommodate your needs. I want your experience to be perfect and would love constructive feedback to make your vacation even more enjoyable. My husband provides our website and advertising for our family business and I supply all the comforts of home. Our time is spent planning our next real estate purchase, building websites for clients, working out, playing with our daughter, reading, and cooking new recipes. When we get a few days to ourselves, we head down to Myrtle Beach to relax and enjoy.
