This home has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a small living room and a kitchen with a dining area.
The top level has 2 bedrooms, each with a Queen Sized bed, work space, and ensuite bathroom.
The main level is where you will find our fully equipped kitchen & dining area. The kitchen has been thoughtfully stocked with all of the kitchen tools and supplies you will need to be able to easily prepare home cooked meals, or enjoy your favourite take out meals. We also provide starter supplies of basic spices, condiments, coffee & tea.
The main level is where the front and side entrances come into the home. Close to the side entrance you will find the in suite laundry facilities available for your use free of charge while staying at this home.
Completing the main level is one bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a full bathroom including a stand up shower - so if you have any members of your group that prefer to minimize the amount of stairs that they need to use, this would be an excellent room for them to stay in.
In the professionally finished basement you will find 2 bedrooms, one has a queen sized bed & the other has a single bed. There is a small living room space with a TV and 2 chairs, and a full bathroom with bathing facilities for the people staying on this level.
This listing is part of a duplex, and both sides are available for booking through Pear Properties - message us for the link to the attached side if you are looking for accommodations for a larger group than this home can accommodate. Each half of the duplex is exclusively contained, so you will be in your own independent space. Both properties have 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and their own dedicated access doors. The only spaces that are shared are the outdoor areas (parking pad in the back / public street parking out front).

This place was excellent location for us to stay at for a conference we were attending downtown. We had two vehicles and never had a problem finding street parking. It was a bonus that everyone had their own bathroom. It was clean, the appliances all worked well. The house had everything we needed. The host answered promptly to questions.

We booked this house because it had 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms which made it very easy for our crew to stay while working in town. We were happy with hosts and found their communication to be helpful.

Overall this was a very pleasant stay. The home is clean and the bedrooms are spacious. Private bathrooms for each of the bedrooms makes this a great choice for larger groups.However, if you are coming with more than one vehicle, parking is a challenge since the alley way parking pad will only accommodate one vehicle (you have to share with other property), and parking in front of the home is restricted to permit holders. Alley was often difficult to maneuver since many neighbours had multiple vehicles that were parked. Also, not great if you have any mobility issues as there are multiple stairs both upstairs and downstairs to access bedrooms (there is one room on main level though). The owners were prompt with responding to any questions we had.
