The apartment west very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is noisy but was absolutely worth being close to a lot of places.

We had a great stay at this Cleveland condo and found it to be a very convenient home base for our trip. The location is excellent—we were able to walk to the convention center with ease, and there are plenty of food options within walking distance, which made everything simple and enjoyable.The apartment itself was very nice, well equipped, and had everything we needed for our stay. Check-in was smooth and convenient, and all instructions and information were clearly provided ahead of time, which we really appreciated. Towels were soft and good quality, and there were just enough for the five of us staying there. The beds were comfortable enough, though they do sit lower to the ground, which may be something older guests will want to keep in mind.One thing to note for future guests: while we were told the apartment is directly off the elevator, there are actually two sets of stairs to go down before reaching the elevator, and then another small set of stairs once on the same floor as the unit. This was a bit challenging while carrying luggage. Parking can also be tricky when there are big downtown events happening—such as basketball, football, or convention center events—so planning ahead helps.The only other minor downside is that the water heater is on the smaller side and runs out of hot water fairly quickly when multiple people need to shower back-to-back. Everything else about the apartment was very nice. Overall, it’s a clean, convenient, and a good value.

Did not realize that we'd have to have so many stares did say there were some stairs but I didn't realize how many stairs and the cleanliness of the place was not the best. They need to have people come in and do more of a detailed cleaning. They also need to put up some shades to block out the light. The one room that had shades, it did not work. Truthfully The beds need to be a little bit higher. I didn't mind that they were Queen. But they were awful, low to the floor and when you have knee issues, it's kinda hard. They also need to have the furniture more detailed cleaning. And there was a lot of dust on top of the heating vents the chart towards the ceiling our industrial type, because the type of building it is also, when you say it's completely furnished, I would have thought there'd be a lot more pots and pans to use for cooking.
