Welcome to our cozy corner home, where comfort meets style. This charming 3-bedroom house offers a warm, inviting atmosphere with eclectic, minimalist decor. Perfect for small families, friends, or anyone seeking a peaceful retreat. Inside, you’ll find a thoughtfully curated space with natural, organic touches and a focus on simplicity and comfort. Located on a corner neighborhood lot, you’ll have easy access to the Sugar Creek greenway and local businesses. You’ll have exclusive, private access to the entire property. Situated on a spacious quarter-acre lot, the property is fully fenced, providing both privacy and security. There’s more than enough room for your little ones -- both human and canine -- to roam freely and explore. The backyard features a large deck, complete with a dining table and a comfortable sectional couch, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. As the evenings cool down, enjoy the warmth of the propane fire pit under the stars. Inside, you’ll find three charming bedrooms, each with its own unique and eclectic style. The primary bedroom boasts a queen bed and an attached half bath. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, while the third room offers two twin beds. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, including plates, cups, pots, and pans, so you can easily prepare meals. I’ve even added a few snacks on top of the microwave for when hunger strikes. I’m thrilled to share this cozy space with you! I absolutely love this neighborhood and all the wonderful things it has to offer. Please note, I allow pets on the property but pets must be listed on the reservation and the pet fee paid. Beautiful home

Beautiful home. Owner needs to add to listing there is are train tracks within 50 yards of the house, the horn late at night was startling. Also higher vehicles will not be able to park in the driveway. There is a support wire for the telephone pole that runs directly over the driveway entrance that is not marked. Sent the owner a message about one of the tvs not workijg the 1st morning since we didn't try it till late the pervious night,no reaponse. Made the owner aware the outdoor rug on the porch needs fixed it doesnt lay flat and cause me to fall two times do sticking up over a inch at the top step. Property has great potential.
