All units are assigned by Management onsite for all owners, guests and guests of owners alike. Rooms Control assigns your units based on your arrival time and the category of your unit. We suggest all our guests arrive earlier than the standard 4PM check-in time so you may submit any pre-arrival preferences with the front desk. They will do their best to accommodate your special requests based on availability.
