You are only a few blocks from Vanderbilt University, great restaurants like Catbird Seat, Halls Chophouse, Henley, Ichigo Ichie and Giovanniâs. A 5-minute walk to Loserâs Bar, where artists like Riley Greene and Post Malone consistently stop in for a drink and impromptu concert, and the Patterson House for an upscale cocktail.
