Parking in Montreal can be tricky. While we do not provide a parking space, there are several public parking lots nearby. Our staff can recommend parking apps to make finding a spot easier than ever. In addition, there`s a paid parking lot close to the building.

Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.

To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between
Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD
Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD.

Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

I would definitely recommend this appartment. It was very clean and we had everything we needed. The location is very convenient with restaurants, a grocery store and the metro station near by. The host answered our questions very quickly.

A stunning property, It was spacious, bright and clean. Located in an area with lots to explore. Communication and support from hosts were exceptional. We are planning to return one day, we loved it!

very clean and comfortable apartment. We were able to reserve a parking spot close by easily using clicknpark as was recommended by the host. Had some trouble accessing the door code since the link wouldn’t open in the app but once the link was emailed it was fine. Close to many good restaurants and businesses. Would stay again.

I found the check-in/ onboarding process very stressful, partly because Rue-saint Hubbert was shut off to traffic the entire weekend. Trying to find Parking to offload our luggages was a painful experience. Because, we needed to be closer to McGill University, the location of the apartment was too far away from the Montreal downtown. The Vrbo search results definitely misled me and if I'd known how farther to downtown the apartment was located, I certainly wouldn't have made this choice. Just the sheer novelty of the Montréal one-way traffic systems plus the 7 hour drive to Montreal, made that Friday evening a very stressful one. I cant say the apartment manager was very helpful but I can't hold any of the above against him. We made the best of the circumstances. We enjoyed the rest of our stay - save for the first night. Other than the inconvenience listed above, the apartment itsellf was very tidy. The facilities were top notch and came as advertised. There was nothing to compain about.
