Great condo very close to public beach access. Owner was very responsive when we had an issue with the A/C, he had someone out same day. Easy check in and well stocked condo, would recommend!

Some communication issues with the owner, a 50 charge for an hour or two early check in, some old run down camps next door, a creepy old man living in the neighborhood, but other than that, it was ok.

Great spot, really nice condo for a single family. Does not have 2 King or 2 Queen Beds.

The Good: The condo was very nice. The location was great, it was a quick and easy walk to the beach. It was a nice quiet area, very relaxing on the deck. Good area for riding bikes on quiet streets. Pool was nice, constantly shaded and not crowded.The Bad: The condo advertised "2 King and 2 Queen Beds." This was not accurate, there are only 1 King and 1 Queen Beds. When I brought this to the attention of the Property Manager he became very defensive and told me to "educate myself." I felt belittled by his comments. I read all of the info provided on VRBO to "educate myself" but the fact is that the info provided was wrong. I don't know who is at fault but a simple apology would have gone a lot further than being talked down to. Hopefully this is corrected for future bookings.

Canceled on me while enroute

I booked this property 2 and half months ago to take my kids on vacation over the Memorial weekend. 2 days before arrival I texted the host to confirm I was all set because I hadn't received any communication about check in. He responded and said I was good to go. The day of, while enroute to this booking he mesages me and says, sorry I double booked and it's vrbo's fault because of their platform, but here's their number and you'll have to find somewhere else. I was in tears trying to figure out what to do because it was a holiday weekend and there was literally nothing left that I could afford to pay up front and wait to be reimbursed for. If I hadn't had a credit card to use I would have had to cancel my vacation and go home. By some miracle I was able to pull off the interstate and find another place I could go. I took time off work and promised my kids a fun vacation for months and this host thought this was acceptable. Do not ever book here or with this host in any of his properties unless you want to get screwed over.
